In this moment I have 4 PMs and in User Info block info is corect.

But in Forums text menu on top "You have no new messages" and no Pop-Up alert...

How I can fix this problem?

In the info block are the 4 messages showing up under Read or Unread? If they show in the info block as Unread, than that is correct with the Forum text menu.

They are showing as unread in info block and no pop-up or text for new messages in forum top text menu... is that correct?

And if info block is on the right side and I am in the forums - there is no way to now - have I new messages or not?!

Move the block to the right side. Are the messages really unread? If so, then the info block is correct.

the problem is not in the info block

(sorry for my ugly english)

The problem is:

No onfo for new PM in the Forums!...

the info block will show read and unread messages. Inside the forum it only shows unread.
