RavenNuke uses the phpBB2nuke as the default forum. There is work on a bridge for future releases. If you need/want phpBB3 on your site, there are some user bridges that will work on RavenNuke. I have one for download on my site: [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

This is ONLY a user bridge and not a port or "module" of phpBB3. This will only allow your registered users to be shared between the two systems. I also have 2 matching themes for RavenNuke and phpBB3 in my downloads.

Did you follow the install instructions? That sounds like the installer has not been run. You will need to do the edit mentioned in the install instructions and run the installer making sure you use the database parameters and administrator username and password of your RavenNuke site.
Once you have finished, you need to replace the phpBB3/config.php with the one supplied in the Add_After_Install folder.

OK. click the Convert tab and then select Universal *-NUKE CMS

Make sure your database information is correct and proceed.

The path should be set to ../modules/Forums

That is assuming that this is a standard RavenNuke forum. You should be able to Begin Conversion and it will refresh automatically as it completes each step.

This will not put a link in your admin panel. This is simply a user bridge. phpBB3 will act just like a typical separate install. Did you replace the phpBB3/config.php with the included one in the Add_After_Install folder?

The 2nd is sorted out. in beginning it says upload bridge to root directory. does this mean into domain/waaarerg../publichtml or in
domain/waaarerg../publichtml/modules?

i dont really understand always what to do. i understanded that rootdirectory is where ur config.php is and other key components.maybe this isproblem . but the again i do not understand why it converted

in the phpBB3/config.php file, change the $table_prefix = 'phpbb_'; to $table_prefix = 'phbb_';

I will be back in a little bit.

Make a folder in your modules and name is something like phpBB3. In that folder make an index.php file and place the following code in it:
Code:

<?php

if(!defined('MODULE_FILE')) {
  header('Location: ../../index.php');
  die();
}

Header("Location: phpBB3");

?>

That will make a module that directs to your phpBB3 install.

You put an index.php file in your Forums folder with the code above?

It should work. I would not suggest removing your Forums folder content because other parts of your site rely on it such as Private Messages, Members List, Avatar upload and several others. I would create a new folder in modules something like this

modules/phpBB3/index.php and put the supplied code in it. When you activate the new module it will appear under your modules menu tab.

It looks like you put the module code in you phpBB3 install folder. You will need to make that index.php like it was before. That code only goes in the modules/phpBB3/index.php not the phpBB3/index.php. It just redirects to the forum install.
