player of the month module

so i decided to put a player of the month module on my site and the award i put up is always a broken image. i then take a look at my site, which the player of the month is also on a block (www.1unit.org) and that image is broke with the text "Opps, you forgot to upload the ct_copyright.php file!"
I have put it pretty miuch everywhere i thought i could.

Nearly, the copyright notice has a javascript error and when you click the link it prodices an error saying the file
/blocks/potm/copyright/ct_copyright.php
cannot be found.
This obviously means either the file is not where it is expected to be or the link has been modified.
