Banned for searching?

I was recently on nukescripts.net looking for the most recent version of NS, so I went to the search box in the downloads section and typed in "NukeSentinel[tm] 2.5.05", and next I was looking at the black banned screen. Needless to say, the last thing I wanted was to get banned from Nukescripts, but when I tried to duplicate this on my site, I didn't have a problem. I am using version 2.5.02. Is that just a new thing in the latest release?
I've tried contacting the webmaster to no avail yet, so if anyone knows someone at nukescripts.net please have them e-mail me.

These characters will cause your ip to become blocked!

ok thanks, I didn't realize that using () would get you banned. I didn't use "" when I searched, but it did have (TM) and thats probably what did it.

well knowing bob and the little time he has specially reading mails.. Laughing

its possible he will miss your mail and you stay banned for some time...
