strangley banned

i just logged into site admin clicked on edit admins and got this page you have been banned for mod author ive looked in my database there is no banned ips and also in htaccess and staccess there is nothing i have also been locked out of Admin Auth List Scan for New Admins Database Maintenance this has only happened since i added a new admin for my site and in sentinal
any ideas tkz in advance

i just reinstalled sentinal tbls and that sorted it just a gd job it was a fresh install and nothin was on site lol but thankz anyway
