KISGB (Guest Book) v4.1.0 Tweak for CGI Installations

CGI installations do not allow standard HTTP authentication to pass variables correctly. So, KISGB has its own security code for Admin functions. The authenticate.php module required a little tweak to allow it to function with some new configuration settings. If you are not running a CGI installation, don't worry about this. Otherwise,

re-download the kisgb archive and replace your authenticate.php file if you downloaded kisgb prior to 11/3/2002 22:00.
