URGENT: USERS table missing 2 fields

In upgrading to phpbbtonuke v2.0.18-v2.0.19, 2 fields were omited from the nuke_users table in Chatsrev's original fixpack. You need to run these to queries against the nuke_users table ASAP if you are missing these 2 fields at the end of the users table.

ALTER TABLE nuke_users ADD COLUMN user_login_tries smallint(5) UNSIGNED DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL;
ALTER TABLE nuke_users ADD COLUMN user_last_login_try int(11) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL;
