osc2nuke help -- Tax [solved]

Hey guys .... I posted on osc2nuke.com but I never seem to get a response, or it takes forever, and I really need to get this figured out ..

For those that've used osc2nuke or osCommerce, I've got my countries setup as:

Country ISO Codes
Canada CA CAN
United States US USA

and my zones are only setup for CAN & US..

I have ONE tax zone setup:

Tax Zones
MN

For tax classes I have:

Tax Classes
Taxable Goods

and for tax rates I have:

Priority Tax Class Zone Tax Rate
1 Taxable Goods MN 6.5%

The situation ............ I've created multiple test accounts, added items to my cart and went to checkout... When I get to the screen showing the total, it shows "MN Tax 6.5%" for EVERY account ... I setup one account as someone who lives in AL, the second as CO and the 3rd as MN...

What am I doing wrong or what am I missing ?? I've been trying for DAYS to figure it out & I posted on osc2nuke's site like I said but haven't heard anything ..... PLEASE help me .... this is a HUGE factor in my online-store & I need to get it figured out before I can go live .....

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help ...... I'm losing my mind over this!!

If you think there's a better e-commerce site that I can download, please suggest it ... I tried nukecommerce but switched to this soon after so I dunno what differences there are but I really need to get this working so I can start making money! lol

*****EDIT --- figured it out ---- I went under Tax Zones, clicked "details" and it brought me to another page where I again added the tax zone, except it gave me a pull downlist of states this time .... so went there, checked MN and I'm all set Very Happy
