Looking for Center Block for welcome info and site info

Hello.
I've searched high and low. Perhaps I just don't know what to look for. I'm looking for a block that will stay at the top center of my Nuke homepage (Raven76 most recent) above the news stories.

I want to use it for info about our community and website. Ie.
Welcome to our site, thanks for visiting. Here is a little bit about our community. If you would like more information, click here. here are the servers we host, blah, blah.

Any help would be appreciated!

Why not use the Messages function (in the admin panel) for this? Smile

Doh!!! I couldn't get it to work before, but it's working now!!! Not sure what you did to fix the module on my site, but thanks! lol.
