Need help !!! quick respone plz!

hi guys, first time posting of forum. but i do read alot and everyone always seems real helpfull

ok before i start just like to warn you my site is 18+ and help i need is with a porn exchange banner so if go back now if you dont want to see anything you shouldnt!!!...

i am tring to add this code to a center-up block, but cant get it working. the code just gets messed up and displays code and link but not banner. here is the code can someone show me wat a php file should conset of to get this working in a block...

Script tags aren't allowed as input in phpNuke due to security reasons. You should create it as a file block

file block?? i been trying to create .php files for blocks, and havent had nothing but problems. same with the add a block in the phpnuke admin menu, i am running into trouble cuase its java script, i am knew to coding. if someone could give me a example, ty very much
