Upgrading of SQL database for php-Nuke to RavenNuke 7.6?

I am installing, from scratch RavenNuke 7.6 on a new host. What is involved with trying to import the data from my old php-Nuke 7.4 SQL database from my former host to this new SQL database. Especially things like the users, links, downloads, etc.

And private messages too. My fiance and I have been going back and forth for months now and there is quite a bit of history in those messages Wink

Going from the old gallery to gallery2 ought to be fun as well. I am hoping I can leave much of it in place as again there is some history there.
