Are you referring to the 4nAbum091 "config" or the Apache/IIS allowed file types? There can be several places where file types can be excluded or, if not expressely included, could be excluded.

Unfortunately, I am not an expert at web server configuration, but if you are using Apache, you may want to check for exclusions in your .htaccess file (either at your root web or even possibly somewhere in your Abum directories). You may also want to check the Apache httpd.conf or mime.types files under Apache's conf directory.

Maybe this will help... maybe not. Let us know what you find and then maybe one of the more experienced folks here can help you further.

i used thalbum myself long ago,if it works ok but if not it can take some time to get it working...

i suggest to "pretend" your doing a new install and set proper rights to the folders where needed.

im douing this for 3 straight years and i never had this problem but now i cant fix it

montego YES I'm refering to the actual config on admin.php where you can set types of pictures to be uploaded and everything is set

i did upload a brand new one and it's not working could it be posebile that the server I'm on now is not good?
