collapsing forum block question

ive installed your block and it looks great but i have a little problem with it

i have a number of forums that are 'private:hidden'

even if you are a member of the required group to see them they do not show in the block

is there an easy way to make these show or would it be a nitemare ?

any help appreciated

Question: if you don't want the forum to be hidden, why is it hidden? You can change other settings to prevent people from posting, if that's what you want.

Or, do you wish to wish to show the topics to everyone, even if they cannot view the post?

i want the forum hidden but i would like the latest posts to show if your in the group that can see the forum. ie not hidden for you

i seem to only be able to have it showing all posts , so post titles in the hidden forum show for all or that hidden ones done show at all

Do you have NSN groups?

This sounds like a customization to the standard forums block. The SQL would be complicated, and it might affect performance of your main page. I'm not sure that would be a good thing. If I get a chance, I'll take a look at it this weekend.
