A user when try to enter in my site get this page:

But if I look in the "Banned IP" menù I have no one banned... so i looked in mine "Banned range" and there isn't a range banned corresponding to his ip... strange no ?

Look in the htaccess file to see if it is listed there. Also, if you have banned any countries it may be one that your user is from

My host doesn't support .htaccess files so I haven't installed them.

please I have the same problem! What I need to do?
I checked my htaccess and my ip isn´t there!
I checked the nuke_nsnst_blocked_ips table too and nothing there!

HELP!

I had this problem also after the first instal. I addded a " in the url or in the your account textfield to test Sentinel and got banned, wel...I got the banned message but after that I wassen't banned at all (the ip banned table was empty).
Than I did 2 things. I logged into the admin section > Sentinel section an went through all the banning options and selected all the possible options like mail, block etc above each option and than saved it each time. Than I logged into the phpmyadmin site and went to the ip banned table and choose empty even though it was empty !
Than I tested it again by trying to hack with " and than I got banned for real, the data was written into the table. Hope it will keep working !
