Cannot add admins or even edit them, logged in as god admin

I cannot get into edit admins, I tried everything I can think of when I go to edit admins I get this using NukeSentinel™ 2.3.1

I tried disabling sentinel and when I do it says access denied when trying to enter the edit admins
this is really annoying, can someone please tell me how to get in this section of the website?

are you sure you are logged in as "GOD" admin ?
if you are then the "scan for new admins" and "Admin Auth List" and "Database Maintenance" should also be links if logged in as "GOD" admin

do tho's links work ?

are all dead links it does not give me the option to even click them!!
What now, I am sure I am logged in as admin this is a freshly installed site only member on it!!

I believe for ip2country to work you will have to use the import link and import the info first..

In the newer php versions, when you create the first admin, it isn't necessarily the "God " admin that is created. Check your db and make sure that God name is in the admin account for you. If not you must enter it, and then these other areas will open for you. Check your "nuke authors" table and under the browse tab check to see in the name column if it says "God" or your username. If it doesn't say "God", edit it and put "God" in there.

ok for now got into edit admins, getting to reinstall sentinel see if that helps!!
