Question about nuke sentinel

This may be a stupid question, Before I installed Nuke sentinel I modifyed a few files, for example in the your account page I took out the option for the members to change there themes, I also deleted all the themes I am not using on my site, I was wondering if I modify files to meet the needs of my site or delete themes and such will this affect the functioning of nuke sentinel or will it work like it should..

Based only on the info that you have given it should not effect the functions of Sentinel.

Which files if any should I not modify and or delete, I like to modify or delete certain files or modules to meet the needs of my site, I also create my own modules,, but I don't want to do anything that could stop sentinel from doing its job
