Point System Not Working

My point system is not working. I set points in Users Groups but no one on my site is getting points for doing certain actions.

have you made a group like 'allusers' and set it for all?

Users Groups link in admin panel, Group Name: whatever you want to call it and leave Points Needed: at 0

Hi Sfinxs,

what about another point system for your 100.000 members ?
I´m using the old Gpoints vers. 1.6.1 from modulefactory.de and I´m very lucky with this point system but it´s written in German.

Hard for me to find anything o those sites I cannot understand a word... Can someone point me to a point system that I can use.

Here's what I'm trying to do with the point system. People can get points from clicking the google ads. Is there something like this implemented already? If not is it difficult to do so? ... Then they can use those points to make bets. The second part sounds unrealistic but I thought I read of something like that in codewiz or something.

I was thinking the stock points system for nuke 7.0+ had the ability to give points for banners clicked...but that brings us right back to your problem with the stock points....Hmmm

I missed a couple messages above about creating a group... When I did the points finally worked. However here's my dilemma.... Googe Ads are javascript and cannot be put in weblinks I think. So I cannot keep track of google clicks. Do you use AIM. My screen name is sfinxs456... maybe we can use it to talk back and forth which is much easier. Let me know. Appreciate your help

Hmmm... I don't think that with it being javascript you will be able to employ the point system.... Let me research it a bit and see what I can come up with

And no, I don't really use AIM. curthanc1 on Yahoo if you use it though.

I know this isn't easy or maybe it is I don't know.... but have anyone any idea how to make the point system keep track of google clicks. I really want to reward my members for clicking it...
