thxs i read that
Why do I see message_die()?
This means that nuke is unable to connect to the MySQL server and/or database. Normally it means the MySQL parameters are incorrect in the nuke config.php file.

cruiser,
Is this a new install or ?
If it is a new install make sure you have the proper
database name
database user name
database user password
In the config.php

If its a running site and this suddenly happened out of the blue we'll have to look at other possibilities.

The message you are getting means the connection to the database can't be established. Without knowing what exactly you changed its pretty tough to tell you what to do except un due what you did. But yeh if the hosts mysql server is down you might see this message too. Or if they did some other update and it went bad.
