Has anybody gotten Nuke Treasury to work? It looks really well done, BUT, I am having the darndest time with this. It's all installed and working EXCEPT when I try to run the test link out of the configuration panel. It keeps telling me that there is no database selected. HELLO? |

lol
I tried it Raven and it lost me too. I thought it was me being dim, but if you're having the same problem its made me feel a little better about my problem with it.
I just made a block up with a couple of buttons for donation and subscription like you have with your donate buttons in the end, linked to paypal and nochex. |

I'm having trouble installing it.
I believe I created a DB properly in mysql called carryco_Treasury which is seperate from the carryco_nuke1 db.
But then the instructions say:
Edit the modules/Donations/config.php and enter the approporiate
sql credentials.
Go to the Nuke Admin panel and enable the "Donat_o_Meter" block
and the "Donations" module. Make sure the Donatometer displays
correctly and check the link to the Donations module on the
"Make a Donation" button.
But I have no idea where to make the edit. |

OK, when you created your DB, it uses the same login ID and password as your base DB. Look at your /root/config.php. There you will find the userid, password and database name for your phpNuke DB. Now modify root/modules/Donations/config.php and add the loginID and password with the name of the new database you made for Nuke Treasury.
This should get you at LEAST as far as I am, which is far enough to get things configured but not far enough for things to actually be useable.
Goodluck. |

I know that this is an old thread, but I am having the exact same problem (and I used the search function )
I tried 2 methods of building the database: I ran the sql query in my main database, and I also tried making a second database. Both times when I did it, if I go to [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] , I get a blank screen....I am not sure if this is correct or not (I do not get an error message).
After that, I go into my Nuke Admin panel, but I do not have a "Donate_o_Meter" block or a "Donations" module. I do have a "NukeTreasury" module.
Please help me, I am stumped.
Thanks |

It should work with 8. We don't recommend PHP Nuke 8, but it should work with it. |

Well, I got it working, I am a novice at this. I can not get the block to appear.
I have the ability to "Add a New Block". Is that what I want to do? If so, are there step by step instructions?
Thanks,
Clay |
