Testing the Collapsing Forums Block on FireFox (17) and Internet Explorer (9.0.Cool, it works great.

Then tested it on Google Chrome (v23.0.1271.95) and Safari (5.1.7) and the Collapsing Forums block is half sized in width as shown in the picture below.

Find:
$content .= '<table style="background-color: ' . $tickerBGColor . ';"><tr>'
Replace with:
$content .= '<table style="width:100%;background-color: ' . $tickerBGColor . ';"><tr>'

There was no declared width for the table, so opera/safari was only making the table as large as the inner table cells. The fix above is a temporary one, as the block has other issues with formatting that should be addressed with pending changes for RN3.
