I am looking to edit the user agreement for my site. I've done it before using nuke 8.x but either forgot where I found it or it's somewhere else using RavenNuke.

Can anyone tell me where I can find it to modify it?

There is no user agreement in RavenNuke at the moment, we are hoping to include one in RN2.3
You could probably add something easily enough by altering the language files
