Whats this error code mean ?

Hi All

Can someone explain what the following error mean.

Afew users have frontiernet.net as thier ISP.
They use Firefox, 1 user cant view the site using firefox but can view the site using Netscape.

public_html is not included in your open_basedir. This is an error in your domain configuration on your server.

According to your errors your (httpd.config)? file has this:

open_basedir "/home/breathe/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp"

and it most probably should look like this:

open_basedir "/home/phoenix:/public_html:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp"

Talk to your host about this.

thanks for the reply I have advised the admin of the site to e-mail there host stating the error
