Recommend Module bug found - 7.1 sp2.2

Gosh - I feel like I contributed something. And if it's posted elsewhere then wait a day to tell me - I want to feel good for at least a day.

Or it's not an error and I totally missed something.

I'm using 7.1 sp2.2 from this site. I noticed a problem with the Recommend Us module. It sent the email but never showed a notification that it was successful (the thanks for referencing us message).

In the function SendSite the last line was this:

Header("Location: modules.php?name=$module_name&op=SiteSent&fname=$fname");

I don't think those "amp" should be in there. This works:
