Help with how to change a simple font size in XDForum...

I am working with a piece of software called XD Forum on my blog site. It is coded entirely in php and I am not too familiar with how it all works...

Here is the code... You will notice that the second line, I was able to figure out how to make the font larger. I need to make the font larger on the first line of this code, but don't know where to insert it.

I don't use this software, but maybe there's a template somewhere that controls how the links are being displayed

Don't I wish. No this is the only way. I asked the folks who wrote it and this file is where they directed me.

Do you know php well enough to tell me how to add the font size=+1 to the top line there?

Resolved. THanks for all the help. I had to teach myself php in order to figure out where to place the commands for font size=1. No big deal, now I am a little wiser.
