new theme and security code

Hi all ,
I have change thema and now my security code doesn't work .
instead the number i have the word "security code"
If i replace the old theme it work fine .....

What i have to change in my thema files ?

See if code_bg.png or code_bg.jpg exsist in your old theme's images folder.

hi , i have check and i don't have code_bg in my old thema , also i have check my new thema and i don't have .....
