Something is not right. The entire table, once loaded, is less than 5MB in size with around 75,000 rows of data. Are you sure about that size figure?

I will assume that this is an update to this table. You may want to try and use the update SQL file in phpMyAdmin rather than using the import feature. See if it works then.

I thought that was a little odd myself but believe is or not the France file in the imports folder is 896 KB with the newest distrobution of sentinel 2.502.

Since the largest one besides that one is United States which is at 465 KB why would France be almost twice that size?

OMG I just looked at the SQL import file of france its at a whopping 2.25 megs in size and with a 60 second quary time that they gave me for my phpMyAdmin there is no way that will import before the 60 seconds is up so I may have to do it in parts.

Ok I added it in parts through the phpMyAdmin and everything seems to be ok now

Dont forget that the 'file' size would naturally be larger than the actual 'size' of the data hld in the database due to the fact that the file has more content in the way of code.
