Give user a star and comment...

I want to give some of my users on the board a star, a picture that is under the avatar and then be able to write a really short note.
Does it exist a hack or mod for something like this?

You can assign rank images in the forums administration, and could use the name as the note - sort of like yours here is Hangin' Around. Other than that, I'm not aware of anything that does that.

Is there a hack so I can assign 2 ranks on one user?

Not that I'm aware of, at least not that specifically does that. You might be able to find another mod that adds an attribute (e.g. gender, country, birthday) that could be altered or that could give you ideas on how to do this.
