Cannot add text to text boxes

Hi,

I cannot add any text to any text box. Clicking in the box does nothing, but I can access the buttons, generating a pop-up, yet when I hit cancel the pop-up goes away but the screen remains greyed out. I have to refresh the page to access it again.

I am running Ravennuke 2.5 with a clantheme.com MW2 theme
PHP 5.3.28
MySQL 5.0.8

Can someone give me some assistance in what I am doing wrong?

Two things that I noticed were your theme is calling another instance jquery which can conflict with the one RN loads, and your site is loading inside an iframe. I would bet one of those things is whats causing your issues. Try using a stock RN theme and see if you have the same issues.

So I changed the theme to one of the stock themes and it didn't work, but looking up a noob article on jquery i saw that some browsers handle the scripts differently. So I use Chrome... so I opened the site in Firefox and I was able to add the text!!! Nice!

However, is there any way to easily correct the issues you listed? I am not scared to get into editing code... just cannot write or understand it. I bought that theme and a bunch of add-ons so I would like to utilize it

What do you mean with text-boxes - the text editor (fck) in the admin area for news, content etc?

The FCK editor is outdated and these are known issues. Try to install the new CK editor for RN. It should solve your problems:

I have the same issue.. it has to do with the extensions (Add-ons) of chrome.. specially ad block
