Unable to access my phpNuke website

I am unable to access my phpnuke website. All other folders in the html directory I can access. I get this error in my server log

Code:

(13)Permission denied: access to /PHP-Nuke/modules.php failed because search permissions are missing on a component of the path

I tried renaming all the .htaccess files, I have the latest version of NukeSentinel 2.5.15 running. I also tried disabling it in the mainfile.php. I am having no luck whatsoever with getting it back up.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I finally figured it our it was a folder permission issue, please delete this post

No need to delete. In fact, someone could end up having the same issue and you will have pointed them in a direction that might help them.

Thanks for the welcome, my permissions on the main folder were screwed up.
