In my download section I have a download named

/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=ratedownload&lid=35&ttitle=Magic_The_Gathering_DB_(aggiornato_a_Ravnica)

but when a user click on it, he will be banned for scripting.
Which is the part of URL that nukesentinel found as dangerous ?

It is the () in the title. You will need to go into your database and remove all of them.
