I make an fresh install of CNB_Your_Account_750_442 and PHPnuke 7.8

When login as an admin I se this:

_ADDUSER _USERSCONFIG _ACTIVEUSERS: (1)
_YA_ADDFIELD _COOKIECONFIG _NORMALUSERS: (1)
Search Users _DELETEUSERS: (0)
_SUSPENDUSERS: (0)
_CREDITS [CNB Your Account 4.4.2] _WAITINGUSERS: (0)

Even in the dropdown list it is _

How do I fix this?

Looks like you have missed some required edits to the language files. Retrace your steps to see which language defines need to be added where.
