Wondering if anyone knows how to set the time after someone gets timed out so they can come right back in instead of waiting. or to just nullify the timeout

Or have a better chat program

well..spchat has been discussed over and over again...and with google search you find enough about it..
the best chat to my opinion is flashchat from tufat.com costs however $5
but it comes with so many things...i have it and even more ..
