Trouble installing DB RavenNuke76 v1.x Distro

When I go to insatall the data base in the last section installing countries I get the folloing message.

ERROR! The exact error message that your MySQL server reported is User 'vodkaliq_host' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000).

How do I increse the resources to a higher amount?
I only have one DB installed at the moment but wish to install anoyher one shortly

Instead of using the option to install ALL the country data in one hit, use all the options below it. This will install a few at a time.
The eror message is generated because your host has limited the number of sql processes that are execute within a given time span.
