It wasn't the content, per se. The discussion was getting too personal for the open Discussion forum. It was obvious that it was between the two of you and not for public input.

I´m not curious about whats new in Nuke 8.O because I believe that all that changes are already done in other CMS. The only interested thing is the forums module. But I have my doubt that phpBB is replaced with SMF or another name.

Sometimes I visit a unknown site and thats Nuke version 1.0 with changed tables to work with the current mysql version. Its funny to see how the history began.

SMF is a much better "free" forum than PHPBB if you have ever compared them IMO.

I've used both on test sites and SMF has more features by far and seems more secure. Of course, nothing is totally secure.

I really miss 64bitguy...

What I don't miss are the days of frequent defacings! It will be a cold day in hell before I use a new version of Nuke that hasn't been graced by the patches of Chatserv, secured by NukeSentinel (thanks again, Bob, Raven and Chat), enhanced by the many fine people who contribute real enhancements (the list is too long for this), and tested and supported by the RavenNuke team.
