I think my account has been hacked

Hi guys not sure if this is right topic/forum move if needed

i have had some strange stuff happen since Janraury, it goes as follows

in the forum there is an IP icon in top right of each post. showing i presume that particular mebers IP address they are using from their service profider.

Now heres the clincher,
i have some of my of my Regs (its game server forum) Ip address under my own used IP addresses. which is impossible for me to have accessed it using a french/sweden/dutch internet profiders address , when i checked through whois. also i have found some members with those Ip addresses, which i am wholey not happy about.
as i have offensive Gay pictures not fit for anyones viewing imho. unless they need a long jail term. I OBVIOUSLY BAN alot of people from our game server so i never run out of enemies. they add the pictures to my post days if not week or 2 after its been posted. so i can never catch em , i looked through sentinel but that seems endless viewing to be honest.
they also deleted my forum Admin account(not god account)
that bit really upset me. so i had to register again and give all rights back using the god account,

is there a way to catch the culprit??
and if they have left their Ip address under my used ip range is that enough proof to say they have used my user /password to alter my posts???
or is the other way they hack my account as i have had some blocked using my forum members account names , if you need i will show you one or all of the attacks they tried to use to hack

I believe this maybe a forums/admin hack which it is advized to use .htaccess to force authorization.
