Site kinda slow loading after installing Sentinel

Hello,
I don't know if anyone else had noticed after installing sentinel but has their site slowed down abit when it loads? I think I read somewhere to remove some lines in admin.php i maybe wrong tho? I notice mine has abit at first i thought it was my contection had that checked out today and then thought maybe host was doing upgrades on the servers but its fine just wondering? Thanks

There are few things that can slow your site down a bit:
1) The Harvest Blocker - Has a large list to check on every page load.
2) The Referer Blocker - Has a large list to check on every page load.
3) The Request Method Blockers - has a small list to check on every page load.
4) IP 2 Country for tracking (if installed) - This is a very minor, 1 check per page load.

So, bob what to do with these 4 options ???? Are we going to disable those 4 things ?/???

Why would we? You have complete control over whether to use them or not. I find that the difference in speed is so small as to be almost unmeasurable.
