Hello everyone;

I just d/l the 7.6,3.1 package from this website. Now my question to correctly install this, do I simply...

Upload files, run the mysql nuke.sql query and thats it. -or- Do I need to run the upgrade.php?

Yes on the files. After you install the sql you will need to run the upgrade.php or just load the upgrade.sql directly.
