not sure whats going on i just moved my sites server nd restored my database now all the text contains strange symbols
like Artistâ€™s how can i fix this and what is it?

Without being able to see what you're referring to, it's very hard to guess. My first thought would be that you need to to re-ftp your files using binary instead of ascii.

i had to move server becuase my old server was so unstable i still have access to it but not sure what to do,
i have noticed one thing not sure if this is the issue or not, all the Collation is latin1_swedish_ci where i think its supose to be unicode

any idears raven i have root access to the both servers if that helps?
