I think I messed up somehow with installation

Hi. I installed Sentinel today on my nuke 7.0 site, as I got hacked yesterday. I followed all the instructions in the readme. When I try to access my admin page (www.mommydont.com/admin.php), a box pops up asking me to input the username and password. Nothing I put in worked. I went into the nuke DB and looked in all the sentinel tables. The aid, username and passwords are all the same as in the main nuke_config. But when I put those in on that restricted box, I still can't get in. I have no idea what to do to get back access for my admin page. I'd really like to get Sentinel set up ASAP because I'm afraid the person that hacked my site last night will come back again. He registered himself as "God" in my DB table and deleted my site and posted a page of huge letters saying "f*** You" then (in French and Spanish) "This hack is for my friend Ericao (somebody) and my colleague (some other French name).

If anyone can help me get this excellent program set up, I would greatly appreciate it. I have looked and read through these forums, but haven't found the answer I need that would enable me to get back into my site.

well a temporary way to get into your site is to disable your .htaccess file in your root.
And the other renamed whatever file belonging to sentinel.
