Why is this happening

Hi, I am working on building a theme and have ran into this issue b4. The story board is not working properly or in the right place, and my stretch points are not stretching either. the site address for the test theme is [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] I have ran into this in the past and was able to correct it but it was so long ago i cant remember what i did to fix the probablem, i do know with the 2 stretch points i enterd background=themes/themename/images/gifname....width 100% or 50% for 2 stretch points, but its not working on either the header or footer.

first of all

Warning: file(themes/New/left_center.html): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bloodof/public_html/test/themes/New/theme.php on line 95

means that you have not added the file left_center.html
please add it so that we can view your theme in some way

secondly, AFTER you do that please post the code you are using for your header.html file.

seems that the first part of my msg didnt make it, that is the header html file - the script for the date, seems sentenal on here thought i was attacking the forum for some reason. anyway this is only my second attempt at creating a theme, i do appreciate any response and help that you offer.

A few things to remember.

1) Always put everything after = in a \" \" function.
For example: width=\"65\" height=\"19\" alt=\"\"
2) All <a href> references should always have a title=\"whatever this is\" as in:
<a href=\"forums.html\" title=\"forums\">

please zip up your theme as is and give me a download location. I will put it on my server and see if we can get it to work. You do want this to be a full screen theme, correct???

if so i do not see where you used a % width for any of your images which is why they are not stretching.

ok cool deal, im trying to use a class file for the story board instead of the story_home.htlm.
i had sucess on the first one i did and liked the way it came out.
