If i had this problem I would create a new user, quess he´s number 492 or 491, then go to your database search for this name. The results can help you find out where the wrong table is.
There is only one table nuke_users.
Backup before you change or delete your tables !!

You need to reset the auto_increment value in your nuke_users table. Run this sql statement in phpMyAdmin

ALTER TABLE nuke_users auto_increment=XXX

where XXX is the next user_id to be issued.
