7.6 fresh install no db.sql?

Hi, well I downloaded the 7.6 3.0 from here to put on a subdomain so I could test it out before moving it to my main site. I didn't see a sql file to create the inital tables just the update.sql file. So I ended up using the structure from 7.5 then doing the updates. I get nothing but a blank page when I hit the site now though. I was wondering if you are supposed to use the 7.5 structure then update or is there a fresh 7.6 db structure that im missing?

NM think I know the problem I need to put in the full 2.9 file then use the other 7.6 patched to upgrade to 3.0. Least I hope thats the problem lol.
