Little confused

Hello,
I'm running nuke 7.5 but I'm not sure if it's "2.9" patched or not.
I want to install the nsn groups with the newsletter feature and noticed it requires 2.9. Now I never use fantastico etc so I did install nuke myself and would of downloaded it from here but I have no idea if it's compliant with this 2.9 patch. I've looked in the download section to see if there was a patch -> 2.9 and haven't seen it. I've only seen 7.6 already patched with 2.9.

is there a way I can see if I already happen to have 2.9 installed and if I don't is there just a patch to apply or would I have to completly install a new nuke version?

Just d/l the 2.9 patch from the home page and install it. It won't hurt anything to overwrite the files on a new install. You actually should use the 3.0 patch instead.
