forum admin messed up need help!

hi guys some reason the display is messed up in my forum admin cant seem to find the file thats doing it some reason its upside down , the update code is wrong way even the code is correct,

how can i get this to display below, apart from that alls fine just thats its for my new distro and cant seem to find the code.
