CNB & Chatserv 2.9 patch

hi i using phpnuke 7.6 and redoing the core at the moment do i need to patch the account module to make it work with the latest chatserv patches or are these patches already applyies in 4.4.1 version of cnb, anyone with a quick responce i would be much greatfull

Basic 2.9 compatability can be made by adding
if ( !defined('MODULE_FILE') )
{
die("You can't access this file directly...");
}

to the top or each file or replacing the protection line example:
if (!eregi("modules.php", $_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME'])) {
die ("You can't access this file directly...");
}
