Not exactly sure how this is done, or what to do....

I recently installed NukeLeague for my site. I have no complaints with it. however, I stumbled upon another site and I am interested in know ing how he did this.

The site is this:
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Now, when you look to the left under "Menu" and click on "Leagues", you go here:
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Now my question is, how do you do that. And now, is it possible for me to do that? I would like to have this whole "League" module (we are running the same one) open up into a new sub-domain, say [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] or something to the effect.

Or if it all possible, how do I get it to show only all the associated blocks for the league, wehn they click on the League link?

If I need to explain better, please let me know. I'm not sure what to do, but every other time I have been here, my question has been aswered.

If you look in the browser status bar, when you mouseover the link you see
