Just wondering before I take a leap of faith.

How much hassle is this module with a already heavily modified PhPNuke 7.4. ie resend email, user look up etc etc

How hard to uninstall if, (cos I'm a total noob), I have big problems?

Just overwrite backup files?

Cheers

Hi Trub the risk is pretty minimal. To uninstall simply delete the Your_Account directory and upload the default one. Upload the installer and run the uninstall. Delete the installer. Remove the include statements from your mainfile.php for mainfileend.php thats it.

Errrr..... just a couple of little things. I've looked through previous posts and not these dont seem to be covered and are possibly off topic for this original post.

In User's Administration I get this;

ERROR: YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOU DATA BASE TABLE NOW!!
Run cnbya.php from the root of your phpnuke installation, update the database tables, and delete the file afterwards!
The version of the module is 4.4.0 and the version of your data base table is 4.4.0 b2

As its Beta it doesnt really surprise me and is only cosmetic.

I do have one problem that is slightly bothering. Myself or my members cannot log out of my site through the Forum Logout, but is fine through main page or user-info block. Infact it logs out of nuke but not the forums.
I think it may be a cookie problem, as it doesnt even reset when I delete them through my site or through internet options. I've looked at other threads for this but Im getting slightly baffled.

please can you help m8?

Yes in the modules/Your_Account/includes/mainfileend.php
You should find the lines for the forums commented out. Just uncomment the lines:
//$db->sql_query("DELETE FROM ".$prefix."_bbsessions WHERE session_user_id='$r_uid'");
//$db->sql_query("OPTIMIZE TABLE ".$prefix."_bbsessions");

The other I believe is a case of the installer not getting fully changed. Just change the version to 4.4.0 in the _cnbya_configs table. I think it was updated for upgrades and over looked for the clean install.

Bloody hell..... how quick are you off the mark? HEY you havent been stalking me have you.... Very Happy
Thanks again for the quick reply m8. I didnt see these in the install file. Would this mean I should look at applying the other fixes in the rest of this forum?

Oh another little prob.... just cosmetics again though. Where do I put a full list of TOS, in the lang file? I use docs mod v 1 from another site so the list is quite extensive.

Cheers again m8

Thanks a bunch m8..... That works fine now.

Just as a matter of interest, why comment out in the first place?

Sorry to be a bother, last question of the night, you cant be dealing with me all evening Very Happy

The $gfx box colour is now grey with numbers in instead of chequered, is this normal? Using Ravens User-info block.

Thanks so much for your support here. Like I said earlier, Fantastic.

Cheers

To this day I don't know who did that or why therefore I didn't change it.
Yes the Gray was the default you can change it back if you like. The next version will have an assortment of options.
