You are definitely right about this one.
I'm planning to change it to be less confusing in the next version.

It has to do with negations of some questions:
Hide user online status: YES NO
Show user online status: YES NO
(some of these questions differ from nuke to CNB)

About your mailproblem,
I'll try testing CNBYA on nuke 7.6/2.7

The only difference I see is in the line returns for the email in CNBYA there are \r\n but in PHPNuke YA there are \n\n this about the only difference I can see and I would almost bet that is the issue you are having. What O/S and Server Software and PHP version is the server running under?

Be honest with ya I'm not sure there my live site is running on 7.4 and very simular server config as yours without any issue at all regarding sending the emails out. But if it works with the default YA module I'd really think the line return difference may be the culpurt. But since you said 7.6 I can't be 100% sure. I assume it seems to work otherwise? I just started testing on 7.6 yesterday but don't have email setup to run on the test server so I wouldn't have noticed any errors with that yet technically we haven't confirmed it will run on any version above 7.5 yet.

I'm not getting any entries in "Waiting Users" either. After clicking finish it goes right to the login screen, rather than a page saying the mail was sent (not positive it's supposed to though). This is a site on a subdomain if that makes any difference. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I can send admin info if you want to poke around.

I've just updated my live site to 7.6 chatserv Patched Series 2.7 and CNB YA appears to work fine so far at least (with all the fixes applied in the known bugs thread).

Have you made any progress? Is there anything unusual about your dns setup?
