Uff, my site working properly is a utopia!!!

I was just checking my site pages. Everytime I click on an article or on a link in the "downloads main categories" or in the "links main categories" I get a black exclamation mark within a yellow triangle in the status bar. The point is that there are no apparent problems in the page.

Pls, Rav, could u check these pages as an example of what I'm talking about?

It appears you are still having problems with your 'glowtext' routine which goes back to your other post. If you double click on the yellow triange you find you are referencing glowtext and the application doesn't know what it is. I remember from your other post that I recommended that you modify blocks/block-Modules.php. That seems to work properly. Now, after you click on each of the module links, it, of course, calls up other links. You will have to add that SPAN tag to every file text that you might click on.

Ok. I didn't modify blocks/block-modules.php but the mainfile.php. And I added the <span id="glowtext"></span> to every title tag (class=title) in each index.php in every modules folder!!!

Well, it appears that you will need to add it to more then.

The problem is not when u enter a module index page. You can see the glowtext effect there. EVERYWHERE. The problem displays when u click on an article, or on a link category, or on anything else which is NOT a module index page or which does NOT contain the glowtext effect Wink.

P.S.: did u read my PM? Razz

I understand that. As I said, you will need to add the SPAN tag to those other links. For example, when you click on the news item, the News module is called. You will need to add SPAN tags in the News/index.php file I would guess. Yes, I received your PM, but I have many PM's and emails to tend to. I will try to respond to all PM's w/i 1 or 2 days.

But I don't want the glowtext effect to be everywhere. I only want it to be in the modules index pages. Basically, the glowtexteffect applies to the "title" tag defined in the style.css.

i.e.

Code:
<font class=title><b><span id=\"glowtext\">"._COMMENTREPLY."</span></b></font>

Now, if I click to the "read more" link on the home page in order to read the full text of an article, I don't want any glowtext effect to be seen. And in fact now you don't see it. But in the status bar you notice the error we are talking about.

In the pages where the glowtext effect is there, the status bar does not display any error at all.

So the question is: how can I solve the problem without putting glowtext effects in the whole site?!? Shocked

By including the JS in the header it is on all pages. So, it expects to have the glowtext tag on all pages. If that is not the case, then you may have to only include the JS on those pages where it is actually used.
