3 errors, but site still working

I need to fix three errors.

[Thu Sep 30 14:56:29 2004] [error] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /path/public_html/header.php:32) in /path/public_html/includes/page_header.php on line 532

[Thu Sep 30 14:56:29 2004] [error] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /path/public_html/header.php:32) in /path/public_html/includes/page_header.php on line 531

[Thu Sep 30 14:56:29 2004] [error] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /path/public_html/header.php:32) in /path/public_html/includes/page_header.php on line 529

I tried just commenting these lines out, but then an error in sessions.php came up instead.

These lines are:
(529) header ('Cache-Control: private, pre-check=0, post-check=0, max-age=0');
(530)}
(531)header ('Expires: 0');
(532)header ('Pragma: no-cache');
(533)
(534)$template->pparse('overall_header');
